In 1981 established this law firm in Elizabeth City, which still serves all of Northeastern North Carolina

Keith represents people with all types of criminal charges, from traffic tickets to all misdemeanors and felonies in State and Federal Courts. Keith's practice heavily concentrates on D.W.I. defense and traffic tickets. Keith has been certified as an administrator of the NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.
